Energy-Efficient Glass
The journey of silicon starts with sourcing high-purity silica sand (SiO₂). This sand is abundant in nature and is mined from deposits around the world. After extraction, it undergoes several processes to separate impurities and refine the material.
Q6 Engineering.

Sustainability with Recycling Practices.
After the silicon ingot is formed, it is carefully sliced into thin disks, known as wafers, using a diamond-tipped saw. These wafers are then polished to remove any surface irregularities, creating a smooth, mirror-like surface that is crucial for the next stages of semiconductor fabrication.
Inspection & Quality Control.
Each pane undergoes rigorous inspection for defects and imperfections. Wafers are tested for things like surface uniformity, thickness, and potential microscopic cracks. Only the most defect-free glass is selected for our clients, while all lower-quality is recycled.
