Sovereign Supply Chain: From Sand to Silicon.
Our manufacturing platform spans the full silicon value chain, beginning with domestically sourced raw materials and extending through advanced semiconductor wafers and high-efficiency photovoltaic cells.
We start with silica sand processing, converting U.S.-sourced silica into high-purity silicon feedstock. This stage is entirely domestic, with no reliance on imported materials, ensuring supply-chain security and consistency from the outset.
That feedstock is then used in crystal growth, where we produce silicon and silicon-carbide ingots suitable for both solar wafer manufacturing and advanced semiconductor substrates. These ingots form the structural foundation for high-performance electronic and energy systems.
From there, we perform wafer production, manufacturing semiconductor wafers up to 300mm in diameter. These wafers achieve 11N purity, meeting the requirements necessary to support the world’s most advanced AI and machine-learning chip architectures.
Finally, our vertically integrated process extends into photovoltaic cell manufacturing, producing HJT and TOPCon solar cells. These cells are manufactured in the United States and designed for high yield and high efficiency, supporting next-generation solar energy deployment at scale.
This controlled, closed-loop process ensures quality, cost, and supply chain security from the atomic level up.
